Notification About When the Official Document Creation Service at Convenience Stores Will be Closed for the Holidays

If you use your My Number card, you can use the multi-function copy machine at convenience stores to print out various official documents.  For example, you can print out a copy of the Certificate of Residence (住民票, juuminhyou), which shows your current address.  Because you can print out these official documents at convenience stores, you don’t have to go all the way to city hall to get them.

However, from December 29th to January 3rd, this service will not be available.  Please be careful and print out any documents that you need outside of those days.
