Announcements in the  December 1st Issue

Please watch out for traffic accidents

Every year, there are many traffic accidents in December.  There are a few things you can do to avoid being in a traffic accident.  Please read the following points below:

It’s difficult to see people or cars in the evening or at night.

•When walking outside, try to wear brightly colored clothing, like white or yellow.

•When riding a bicycle, try to wear brightly colored clothing, and also be sure that your bicycle’s light is on.

•When driving a car, be sure to turn on the headlights before it starts to get dark.

There are more opportunities for you to drink alcohol in December.

•You must not drink alcohol if you are going to drive a car or ride a bicycle.

•If somebody else is driving a car or riding a bicycle, be sure that everyone tells that person not to drink any alcohol.
