Just a 5-minute walk from JR Akashi Station (1-27 Akashi Park, Akashi, Hyogo)
③Field Conditions
The event is scheduled to take place on the central grass area of the athletics stadium. In case of poor ground conditions, the running lanes of the stadium will be used instead. Please note that the lanes are made of rubber (tartan), which may cause the pins to bounce or roll more than on dirt or grass surfaces. We ask for your understanding before applying and participating.
④Participant Eligibility
Anyone who understands the rules of Mölkky and is able to play is welcome. Beginners and international guests are warmly invited to join!
⑤Team Recruitment
Looking for up to 96 teams, with 2 to 4 members per team.
Matches will be played in doubles format.
⑥Participation Fee
¥4,000 per team
Additional charges apply:
• ¥110 system usage fee
• ¥212 entry processing fee
Please note: cancellations cannot be accepted once payment has been completed.
⑦Participation Awards
Teams that are eliminated in the preliminary round will receive a pizza-making experience on the day of the event as a participation prize. Please note that participants are responsible for managing any food allergies. Teams that advance past the preliminary round will receive a commemorative gift. Please note that the pizza-making experience is subject to change.
⑧Cancellation Due to Rain
The decision to cancel the event will be made based on the weather forecast at 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 4th, the day before the event. If the event is canceled, all participants will be notified via a mass email sent through the application site. In the case of a typhoon or other severe weather, the cancellation decision may be made earlier.
⑨Remarks
Event regulations will be announced via email approximately one week prior to the tournament. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own personal injury insurance to cover any accidents or injuries.
⑩In Case of Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, regardless of the payment method, refunds will be made to the designated bank account provided by each participant. Please note that a refund of 2,000 yen will be issued, which is the participation fee minus the bank transfer fee and tournament preparation costs. By registering for the event, you are considered to have agreed to these terms in advance.
